The realization that everything is constantly dying and giving birth in the Universe gives us a positive perspective on periods of chaos because we know that nothing bad is happening, but it dissolves one form and creates another.
Sometimes in life, we experience a period of complete chaos. Feeling we are losing ground. We are experiencing moments where we lose control and do not see clearly. These moments are extremely challenging for our system because nothing is old. The known reality collapses and until the new structure is built we generally feel lost. This area of chaos can be very uncomfortable because, for the most part, we like the hard ground and clear structures.
In a period of chaos, everything is torn apart. We cannot rely on anything and feel insecure. What is interesting is that right then, in our madness and fear of the unknown and the uncertain, we often try to grasp the strings even more intensely and bring everything back into the structure. We try, pull, agree, strain and lose energy on something that is not our job. This is the key to life itself, which begins to show us a new direction. It’s just about entering a new cycle.
Time of crisis and chaos should be allowed to breathe and to take place to the end. Otherwise, a process similar to that occurs when we start vomiting and then stop vomiting in half because we are not comfortable with it.
The healthiest thing is to let the cycle end. That cycle is actually the space of birth of something completely new. For this we need confidence in life. Simply believing in Life, God, Universe, Nature, Higher Mind or whatever you want to call it – that universal intelligence that is the source of everything.
The realization that everything is constantly dying and giving birth in the Universe gives us a positive perspective on periods of chaos because we know that nothing bad is happening, but it dissolves one form and creates another. It applies to absolutely every aspect of life: relationships, things, our bodies, emotions, thoughts … every aspect of existence. That the apple has withered and turned into the ground is not a sad process. It’s just a natural flow of life. Because a flower or something will grow out of that.
But it is easy with the apple, but when it is time for some change in life and we do not stick to the old form then it creates suffering, pain, effort, and struggle. It would be like an apple falling apart, and you want to put the rotting pieces back into the shape of an apple that it used to be. It’s an impossible mission. It is also an unnecessary mission. It only takes an understanding of the nature of life. Everything is flow and change. We need to learn to breathe with these cycles and be prepared for some maybe new and different steps in life.
The times we live in are very dynamic, changeable and chaotic, but know that it is just a process of transformation. It’s really about life. A life that is sometimes balanced and comfortable, and sometimes unbalanced and chaotic. But both aspects form a whole, and it is all a cosmic dance.
